Because EVERYTHING IS SINGULAR, and that’s why we’ve decided to name a company in that way, where SINGULARITY is the central focus.
And here we are going to explain what our business is, what is “SINGULAR” about it, and what are the reasons that drive us to do it from a place like the Canary Islands.
What is SINGULAR?
SINGULAR is everything that is unique of its kind, or that which we consider extraordinary, excellent or different, and whose effect produces singularity, understood as a special event or fact with unique implications or influences in its area and in others, due to its impact.
And why do we claim that EVERYTHING IS SINGULAR?
No two people or companies are identical, even if they share similar traits or belong to the same group.
The same concept of Community exists as long as it is accepted that each participant, however much they share characteristics of that group, also shares SOMETHING INDIVIDUAL that enriches the rest of the participants thanks to their UNIQUENESS.
Humanity, in fact, is a mere singularity in a vast sea of species.
Our life has its reason for being if we understand that we are part of that whole while at the same time being unique and different people.
The same makes sense in the singular.
What is TODO ES SINGULAR?
A company that focuses on uniqueness and singularity to promote structural change through innovation, technology, talent, and the knowledge economy.
It uses the interconnected world to act, in a first phase, on consumption, education and business financing.
What is the reason for setting EVERYTHING IS UNIQUE in the Canary Islands?
The Canary Islands has an ECONOMIC AND FISCAL REGIME (REF) differentiated by being an outermost region, with extraordinary financial and tax instruments that make it the best place to invest and develop businesses in all of Europe.
Among those instruments is the ZEC (Canary Islands Special Zone), where the tax rate is 4% versus the average of 21% on the continent, or 25% in the Peninsula, or the RIC (Canary Islands Investment Reserve), with a 90% saving on the taxable base of the Corporate Tax, with the option to reinvest in the company itself or in third-party assets.
We want any investor to be able to use this unique and extraordinary cross-cutting measure, which turns the most beneficial tax incentives in all of Europe into a spectacular source of financing by allowing reinvestment in such high percentages, generating quality employment and a commitment to new sectors or, in other words: Betting on CANARY ISLANDS SINGULARITY.
What is the capital that TODO ES SINGULAR has?
ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EUROS (€1,875,000) through private contributions.
As it develops, knowledge is being accumulated that will increase its intangible value, especially due to the implementation of, among other projects, L34RN, SINGULAR.FUND and SUMMAX.
Alongside private investors, there are agreements with companies that channel financing, as well as access to RIC investors, or the ability to design products or instruments that allow not only the development of own projects but also a dual role: attracting capital for client projects and facilitating businesses in which to invest for those who have the capacity to do so.
What is SUMMAX?
